I have to say that the industry can be super confusing with all the rates offered and very difficult to understand what is best for my business. With that being said, I have to say BCCPAY’s account manager made me feel very comfortable in choosing the correct system for my business. I didn’t feel pushed into something that I didn’t know anything about. Sales rep explained in detail my rates and fees and how the equipment would work before I signed anything. I’m very pleased and happy I switched.
I have to say that I’m very pleased with BCCPAY’s service and pricing. I like that if I have questions or concerns I can call either my sales agent or the company and they pick up that’s a big relief. My business runs by itself and I’m very pleased with the POS equipment I purchased and the easy to use programs. I never have to worry about software updates or my rates increasing I have been with BCPAY for over 4 years and they have kept my rates exactly as when I signed up. To me that’s trust and integrity which is great asset to have. I recommend BCCPAY for anyone looking to switch processors.
Best rates!! Great customer service. Whenever I had an issue they would resolve it right away. Whether it was an update or they needed to rush me a new pin pad. I recommend them very highly and wouldn’t use anyone else. They even check my statement regular to make sure everything is good without me asking. Very professional.

I have been with BCCPAY for over 4 years now and I have to say it’s been great!!! I do recall an issue and the agent showed up to correct the problem. He was here for over 4 hours troubleshooting the problem. After all said and done, it had nothing to with the processing and it ended up being my equipment from Verizon. Since then BCCPAY has monitored my account and kept my rates where he said they would be with no increases. I’m very pleased with this company and I recommend that you give them opportunity to save you money and give you great service. It’s nice to know that this part of our business we don’t have to worry about its in god hands.
As a business owner I knew most of what needed to be done with building my restaurant out from sq. footage to recipes but I wasn’t sure about how to go about the credit card processing system or the point of sale equipment needed. I have met with numerous companies such as Toast Cake, Clover, even Square and everyone was telling me I need this and that to operate and everything I was looking for was extra $$$. Finally after 2 months, I found a flyer that was left on my door from BCCPAY. I called and Sales Manager Robbin answered. I didn’t give her a chance to try to sell me…I told her I don’t want the sales pitch I want facts. She kindly replied and said, “All I want to know is what your needs are?” I was like wow!! A company who cares about my needs first. I asked her to come see me and our relationship began. So to make a long story short, the company BCCPAY was honest about not raising RATES every year and gave me the fair pricing on the equipment along with free paper for the POS system. I was like wow!!! What is even more over the top, the owner of the company suggested that I would need a second printer at the cooking station. I figured he was trying to make more money, but guess what, 1 month later I needed the second printer. I believe that BCCPAY is knowledge of the food industry, is outstanding when it comes to knowing what your business needs are… As for service, I had an issue 1 year later with my POS screen. I was stressed and I called up the Sales Manager Robbin about the issue. She said no problem lets trouble shoot it, and if that doesn’t work I will send another screen to you in an hour. I was like, ”NO WAY! ” She said, “What’s wrong.” I figured I would have to wait a day for it and she said not with this company. I was very impressed with that, and I recommend BCCPAY for any business owner who wants great service, awesome rates and reliable point of sale equipment.

The process of switching merchant processor seemed scary but the BCCPAY team had worked hard to get me focused on what was needed and important to my business. They made the switch a lot smoother then I thought it be and easy to move from the old merchant processor. What made me feel even better was the $495.00 cancellation fee coverage, if my current processor had charged me. The fees are just like they said they’d be and I am saving money versus my old merchant processor. I would recommend BCCPAY to anyone who has a business that uses credit card processing.
